POSITION SUMMARY

This position requires independent handling of ‘Organizational Development’ at an organizational level. The primary responsibility is to manage and support in the implementation of the Organization’s Human Capital Development policy, to support different department heads in identifying their department training needs and designing of training modules.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

Must have a Masters Degree in Management Sciences/Business Administration from a recognized national or international university.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

8-10 years   

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Manage and support in the implementation of the Organization’s Human Capital Development policy.
  • Support department heads in identifying their department training needs and designing of training modules.
  • Must have the ability to motivate, counsel and evaluate employees in divergent situations with groups/individual level on a frequent basis.
  • Must have the ability to facilitate change in the organization

REQUIREMENT

  • Possess excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
  • Must have sufficient experience in conducting various trainings to diverse groups.
  • Must have commercial acumen, along with an ability to meet steep timelines
