POSITION SUMMARY

To provide a comprehensive HR framework. Ensure that the human capital in the organization achieves strategic business outcomes. Advising, developing and implementing policies, procedures and practices in line with ‘HR best practices' so as to ensure that the organization remains accredited as an employer of choice.

 

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

·         An MBA degree from a local/foreign university.

·         Legal qualification will be an added advantage

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

·         At least 15 years progressive and generalist experience in multifunctional roles with at least last 5 years as HR head in a large multinational/reputed national organization

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

·         The incumbent will manage all human resource functions including organization/learning development, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, policy management, employee recognition, employee union relations and legal issues

·         Will facilitate organizational development and change management including organizational redesign and strategic planning in line with the changed business dynamics

·         Will also be responsible for the Administration, Purchasing, Government Relations and Security function of the company and actively support business objectives

·         Will be a part of Management Committee and Employee Leadership Team

 

REQUIREMENT

·        Excellent leadership, negotiation, counseling, mediation, training and team building skills.

·        Ability to lead and influence change within the organization in terms of practices and people behavior

·        Proven track record in delivering results through team-based working.

·    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization

·    Result-driven, highly organized and attentive to details

·      A high degree of business ethics and values: ‘Walks the Talk'

·    Experience of large multinational/reputed national organization
