POSITION SUMMARY

Senior Associate in SME sector practices. Involved in multidisciplinary business functions and will be involved in setting up of venture capital funds and to design government backed debt guarantees.   

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree from a top tier institution.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• 2 to 5 years total work experience, with minimum 2 years in corporate. development, investment banking or management consulting - preference for experience in MNCs (multi-national corporations).
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles and knowledge of financial sector.
• Superior financial analysis and modeling ability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to function in cross-functional teams.
• Master’s degree is a plus.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Independently drive deliverables within associated work streams.
• Structure and perform complex financial and business opportunity analyses.
• Craft high quality communications materials for internal and external consumption.
• Present strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Develop key relationships with external parties (e.g. financing companies, government institutions, etc.) to understand market trends, best practices, and government regulation.
• Collaborate closely with other groups within the organization to achieve project directives.

REQUIREMENT

• Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, Research, Collating Data & Information to develop business plans.
• Proficiency in word processing, presentation and spreadsheet software (e.g. Microsoft Office suite).
