POSITION SUMMARY

The position entails being responsible for assisting in writing proposals, EOIs and reports, multi tasking, conceptual thinking and writing skills, self-initiating, presentation skills, holding others and self accountable, flexibility, client management, supervision and organizational skills, analytical ability, information search ability and computer proficiency.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

Masters Degree in HR/Social Sciences/Communications/Economics/Liberal Arts

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• 0-2 years  

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Assist in the development of proposals, EOIs and reports
• Conducting secondary and web-research relevant to projects and potential bids
• Proposal preparations for HR and Social Policy projects with financials
• Timely implementation & execution to deliver projects, as per customer satisfaction
• Report writing and preparation of presentations.

REQUIREMENT

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills (written, verbal and listening)
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent computing abilities in Microsoft Office applications
